Had my 21st birthday here with my little sister, my grandmother, and my dad and it was phenomenal! The food was absolutely delicious I had the BJ'S smokehouse burger and it was by far the best burger I've ever had so props to the chef! And I had the berry blast cider which was so good, kinda like LaCroix but with alot more flavor and a little bit of alcohol Our server was Junior and he was just the sweetest person ever, me and my family really liked him! He was very attentive and was so helpful when it came to deciding my first alcoholic beverage. He even let me sample a few drinks before deciding. Altogether he was very friendly and fun to be around. He definitely deserves a promotion and I really hope he does get one

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Experience at BJ’s! My fiancé and I had one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had at BJ’s, and it was all thanks to Daisy C and Josh! Josh (who I believe is the manager) went above and beyond from the start. He gave us fantastic beer recommendations and even brought out several samples so we could find the perfect match. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality made the experience feel personal and special. Daisy C was absolutely phenomenal. She checked on us consistently without ever being intrusive, made sure everything was perfect, and truly made us feel taken care of. On top of that, she kindly offered to take our picture — such a thoughtful touch that made our night even more memorable. We both ordered the steak, and it was hands down the best steak we’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and unforgettable. Between the incredible food and the exceptional service from Daisy and Josh, this visit was nothing short of amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back — and recommending this location to everyone we know! Thank you for making our night so special!

5 Reasons Why Alyssa at BJ's Gets 5 ⭐'s Attentive: She knew our knees before we knew our own Assertive: She did assertive marketing to sign up for the app and extended lunch menu hours. Accommodating: She provided paper and cloth napkins. Accelerated: Pleasant persona and on top of fast service and other requests. Awesome: Provided awesome service that deserves a promotion or raise. Loved it. Had some time to kill, so stopped by bjs. Got a caprese salad, personal deep dish and dessert for$13, plus $5 house beers. Great value and the food was excellent. The service by Alyssa was top notch. Will return for sure the next time I'm in the area

Came in for dinner and I was greeted by the sweetest server. George was so amazing he gave us the run down and recommended some dishes. The Dubai Chocolate Pizookie he recommended was so good. I would definitely recommend coming in for a Pizookie and great service!! 🙏🙏

Wonderful low lighting restaurant environment. Alyssa was so helpful and sweet! Every employee I’ve ever encountered at this Bjs has always been so friendly and welcoming. This is my favorite restaurant of all time. Perfect for any occasion!

I had a great experience at BJ’s Restaurant in the Chula Vista Mall! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything came out just right. A big shoutout to my server, Gabriel—he was an outstanding waiter! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout my visit. Service like his really makes the whole dining experience even better. I definitely will be coming back very soon ‼️

Really enjoyed our family lunch on our revisit. Youngest son redeemed a school reward Dubai Chocolate pizookie. I think that’s it’s great that they do that. Service from Alyssa today was exceptional. Enjoyed the 80s/90s music track in the background. Food was really good once again. My oldest son had the Tri-tip, which I thought was exceptional.
